LSUA Basketball Team Makes MIRACLE Assist

Coach Cordaro and his LSUA General’s Basketball team dedicated their 2017-18 season to ensuring the health needs of local Central Louisiana kids were met.  For every assist his player’s made, Coach Cordaro donated $1 to the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.

The team’s amazing 675 assists, along with a record breaking year, equates to donation dollars that will impact CHRISTUS Cabrini’s Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Therapy Center, and 17 rural School Based Health Centers in the future.

The partnership means the world to kids at CHRISTUS Cabrini Hospital.  The extra funds will allow the hospital to provide state-of-the-art lifesaving equipment for its tiniest of patients, charitable care to the under served and advanced training to its staff.

Treating more than 20,000 pediatric patients from more than 17 parishes annually,  CHRISTUS Cabrini Hospital is grateful for the generous assistance from Coach Cordaro and his awesome LSUA General’s Basketball team.
